What to Expect

Visiting a new doctor's office for the first time can cause some anxiety. If you have never been to a chiropractor before, that can cause even more stress and uncertainty. There is always paperwork to fill out but we make it as simple as possible with online access to our forms. This way you can fill the forms out before you come in for your first appointment. We will show you around the office on your first visit so you can get comfortable quickly. Treatment

While at our core, we are chiropractors, we believe in regenerative medicine. Chiropractic treatments can address many of the causes of pain that you feel. It can also help relieve the pain and symptoms of other health concerns. We break chiropractic care into three phases: relief, restoration, and wellness. Each phase is important to your health and well-being.

Relief

This phase helps resolve any pain and discomfort you may have. We want to get you on the path of pain-free living as quickly as possible. We determine what is causing the pain and then recommend two to three sessions a week for anywhere from four to twelve weeks.

Restorative Care

This phase helps your tissues and muscles heal to prevent pain or injury. This phase is intended to bring your body back to its normal functioning. Depending on the concern and your health, this may require four to eight sessions a month for six to twenty-four months.

Wellness

This final phase is our ultimate goal. Once we are able to heal your body and you no longer have any pain, you should still continue to see us periodically to maintain your optimum health. This usually means sessions one to four times a month, depending on your lifestyle.
