Dr. Roy Clarke

Dr. Roy Clarke grew up in Michigan and attended Siena Heights University where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Upon graduation, he moved to Florida to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida. While in student clinic, Dr. Roy was a Clinical Teaching Assistant, and took additional classes in Flexion/Distraction, Activator Instrument Adjusting, and Pettibon Scoliosis Correction Techniques

Dr. Danielle and Dr. Roy met in chiropractic school and obtained their Doctorate of Chiropractic degrees. Shortly after graduation, they were married, and now have 3 young boys. Dr. Danielle has built up a strong passion for prenatal and pediatric care, while treating pregnant women, children, and even attending hospital and home births. Dr. Roy and Dr. Danielle believe in treating the bodies 3 main causes of dis-ease, which are thoughts, traumas and toxins. This is done through moving well (proper spinal alignment and exercise), eating well, and thinking well. Together they founded Beyond Medical to help as many people as possible achieve their health and wellness goals, and make the world a little more pain-free.

We have been serving the central Florida area for the past 6 years and at our newest location in Altamonte Springs just off of I-4 on 436, we can now help more people in the North Orlando area, Casselberry, Maitland, Apopka, Lake Mary, Longwood, Winter Park, Winter Springs, Sanford, and more.

Dr. Danielle Clarke

Dr. Danielle Clarke grew up in New Jersey and attended Rutgers University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. Upon graduation, she moved to Florida to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida. While in student clinic, Dr. Danielle was elected leader of the Student Clinical Teaching Assistants, and took additional classes in Pediatric, Prenatal, Flexion/Distraction, and Activator Instrument Adjusting Techniques.

Dr. Erica Trotter

Dr. Erica is focused on providing quality and specialized care to all of her patients, and is especially passionate about prenatal and pediatrics.

After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology and Microbiology from the University of Central Florida, Dr. Erica worked as a paramedic in Orlando for five years. She then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida.

While studying at Palmer, Dr. Erica was selected as Student Clinical Teaching Assistant and Chiropractor Radiology Assistant. She also received the James Buerkle Memorial Award, presented to the graduating doctor who most exemplifies the virtues of compassion,
strong leadership, commitment to service, and dedication to chiropractic care.

In addition, Dr. Erica studied prenatal care and techniques, flexion-distraction, instrument-assisted soft tissue, and activator technique.

Dr. Erica was born and raised on the Space Coast of Florida and has resided in the Orlando area for the past ten years with her boyfriend Joe and their Yorkie, Jake.

Christopher Guadalupe, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

Christopher obtained his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from Florida International University, graduating with honors. He is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and places a focus on preventive health and wellness.

Michael Lomonaco, DNP

Dr. Michael Lomonaco, DNP is a Doctoral prepared Family Nurse Practitioner. Dr. Lomonaco went to school at USF for his Doctoral Degree in Nursing Practice with a specialization in Family Medicine and Pain Management. Dr. Lomonaco has been in the healthcare field for more than 28 years. Dr. Lomonaco started his healthcare career in the military in 1992 where he served in the US Army as a trauma paramedic. Dr. Lomonaco continued advancing his education in the US Army by working towards getting his Nursing Degree. Dr. Lomonaco continued is academics in the military and eventually his civilian career after serving his military commitment of 12 years. Dr. Lomonaco also has an advanced educational degree and currently serves as an assistant professor at the University of Central Florida in the College of Medicine while actively practicing medicine. Dr. Lomonaco has been published in a Journal of Pain Medicine that addresses the opioid crisis in today’s society. Dr. Lomonaco has had extensive experience in the hospital setting while working in Emergency Medicine, Intensive Care, Quality Assurance, and Administration and also has had medical provider privileges at Orlando Health and Florida Hospital. Dr. Lomonaco currently works in a Family Medicine Practice and Pain Management exclusively and is dedicated to providing quality healthcare to all of his patients with a sense of dignity and respect that they deserve.
